　　People always say“illness finds its way in by the mouth”.In fact,in the process of“sickness from the mouth”,the two hands play an irreplaceable role in taking the shuttle.Generally speaking,people have about 400,000 bacteria on one hand,which is not in the alarmist.If the hand washing is not clean,the consequences are unimaginable.In life,picking nose and rubbing eyes may cause damage to the nose and eye mucosa,which will bring the bacteria to our body,and attack the body.So it is necessary to know something about washing hands.

　　When should I wash my hands?

　　In the following cases,you need to wash your hands,including:before and after meals;before and after stool;before taking medicine;after touching blood,tears,runny nose,sputum and saliva;after cleaning work;after touching money;after touching others;after playing outside with dirty things;after outdoor sports,homework,shopping;before holding children.Especially those who have been exposed to contagious articles should be disinfected and washed repeatedly.

　　What are the misunderstandings of hand washing?

　　(1)Unwilling to wash hand.These people,who always feel that they are"strong in body"and"strong in resistance",are satisfied with"not seeing is clean",and have not developed a good habit of washing hands.

　　(2)Wipe hand simply.Because of the lack of hand washing conditions,water,or cleaning water,simple wiping hand instead of washing.

　　(3)Wash hand by tub.At first glance,it is true to wash your hands with water,but when you wash your hands,the water in the basin is dirty.Thus,it can not achieve the purpose of washing hands.Many people even share a tub of water to wash their hands,which is even more polluted.

　　(4)Wash hands without soap.Although some people turn on the tap and wash their hands with flowing water,without soap and detergent they still can't wash their hands clean.

　　(5)Wash your hands only once.

　　Using flowing water,soap to wash hands sometimes still does not meet the basic requirements of scientific hand washing because of the short time of soaking and rubbing and the few times of washing.
